What does Harmony focus on?
We support young people with routines and life skills, work alongside parents and caregivers, and help adults with daily living at home. The activities and schedule depend on the person’s care plan and the support agreed with Harmony.
Can a family contact Harmony?
Yes. You can ask about help at home or talk with us about which service may be relevant to your family. Youth and family services follow a professional referral process. We can explain that process; an enquiry alone does not confirm a place or a start date.
